Join us in our nation’s oldest and best know national park. Yellowstone’s diversity is maybe it’s most consistent characteristic. It is famous for geysers and thermal areas, streams, lakes, waterfalls, high elevations, and perhaps the most abundant wildlife found anywhere. Bears, wolves, moose, elk, bison, and swans are examples of animals frequently spotted in Yellowstone. We will spend our time exploring all areas of this vast park and bring back wonderful images of the area and wildlife. From Yellowstone Lake to Hayden Valley to Mammoth Hot Springs to Old Faithful, this park is like no other place on earth. Come explore it with us.

This year we are planning to stay in the park in the Old Faithful area. I believe parks are best enjoyed when we can live in them and not drive back in each day. This central location will make it easy to explore the park in every direction.

Fees:  $895 (van transportation while at the workshop - limited to first six requests - can be added for an additional $100, and pickup at the airport on July 22 at 3 p.m. and drop off at the airport on July 27 by 2 p.m. can also be added for an additional $50 - please see airport transportation guidelines).  We will coordinate the sharing of rental cars if requested, for those who do not take the van transportation.This workshop will require a $500 deposit for required deposits for our rooms in the park. The final payment will also include full payment for the rooms which will be approximately $600/room for the workshop.
Estimated lodging:  $60 double occupancy, $120 single
Airport for pickup:  Bozeman, MT
Hiking Rating - Easy to moderate, some hikes at higher elevations
Minimum number of participants - 1; maximum participants - 8.

Do this workshop along with Glacier and travel between the workshops with Roger at no extra workshop charge.
